2. Products, Pricing, and Availability

  • Product Information: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, please note that all images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in size and appearance.
  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The final price for your order will be confirmed at the time of placing the order.
  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer. We will inform you if any item in your order is unavailable.

3. Orders, Payment, and Cancellation

  • Placing Orders: Orders are primarily placed via WhatsApp or phone call. An order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
  • Payment: Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of ordering. Payment is typically due upon collection or delivery unless otherwise arranged.
  • Cancellation: Once a custom cut order has been prepared, it cannot be cancelled. For standard orders, cancellations must be made within a reasonable time frame before the scheduled collection or delivery.

4. Delivery Services

Our delivery service is operated under our "Meat Express" arm.
  • Service Area: We deliver to specified areas, including Zengeza, Seke, and Chitungwiza. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to locations outside our service area.
  • Delivery Times: We will provide an estimated delivery time. However, these times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic).
  • Recipient's Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order at the specified time. We are not liable for any loss or damage to products if we are unable to deliver because you are not present.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and recipes, is the property of Pronto Meats and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
